Proactive Support
As the old adage states, "prevention is better than cure".
Our Proactive Support contract recognizes this fact and is aimed at
preventing system problems before they start effecting business practice.
A Securion Technology engineer
will attend site on a regular basis to complete a set list of tasks,
including testing back-ups, checking system logs and files and ensuring
that automatic patch updates have been applied properly. The engineer
will also be at the customer's disposal to carry out minor system
changes or to help resolve any minor issues that may have accrued
over a period of time.
Proactive Support greatly reduces the risk of
system failure and ultimately costly downtime, as it ensures that
essential system maintenance, which is often neglected, is carried
out as required.
Network Support
Securion Technology provides support for
all current versions of Microsoft, Linux and Citrix Server Operating
Systems. The software support contract provides access to experienced
engineers to help in the speedy resolution of operating system issues
that may arise, such as system crashes, driver incompatibilities,
application incompatibilities and other relevant issues. By supporting
both hardware and Operating System software, Securion Technology
becomes a single point of contact for all system problems, meaning
that customers do not have to spend valuable time deciding on whether
a system problem is related to the hardware or Operating System.
Additional support contracts can also be taken
out for support of Server applications such as IIS, SQL and Exchange.
The majority of the issues logged by our support engineers are resolved
over the phone or by remote diagnostics and fault resolution
Networking and Application Support also
provides problem resolution for the network, ensuring that users
are able to connect to, browse and enjoy functionality of the internal
network, including printing and user authentication.
Security Support
Securion Technology understands that security
issues can be difficult to remedy and security systems hard to maintain.
A Security support contract provides experienced security engineers
to help diagnose, fix, problem solve and update your security infrastructure.
Securion Technology also provide an emergency
24x7 Security call out service in the event of a major security
event, this involves forensic investigation of the security breach
and remedial action taken immediately to get system secured and
back in service as quickly as possible.
